Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. By purchasing our digital products or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing non-tangible, irrevocable goods.

• Once access is granted or the product is delivered, no refund will be issued.

• Exceptions to this policy may only be made in rare circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

  • Accidental charges (reviewed case by case)

  • Once we approve the refunds we will credit the amount in customer bank account with in 5 working days
