Basically, You pay a registration fee to get a Capital for trading in any markets like stocks, forex, crypto etc… and they provide you virtual capital in simple terms demo account.
Here is how it works in simple terms:
• You pay a registration fee to a prop firm and go through an evaluation process
• You prove your trading skills by hitting profit targets while managing risk
• The firm gives you a funded account — anywhere from ₹5 lakh to ₹1 crore or more
• You trade that account and generate profits
• You keep 70% to 90% of the profits — the firm keeps the rest
• If you take a loss, the firm absorbs it — your personal money is safe.
